Terms & Conditions

Terms applicable to any session, video, item or photo order on lynajade.com.

1. Preamble

These Terms (« T&C ») govern the contractual relationship between the publisher of lynajade.com (« us », « Lyna Jade ») and any adult person (« the Client ») placing an order on the Site.

By ordering, you fully accept these T&C.

2. Audience

The Site is strictly reserved for adults (18+). By ordering, you confirm being of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Services

  • Virtual sessions: cam-to-cam, Snap exchange, dark phone, ownership, conversation. 10am–1am.
  • In-person sessions: BDSM, pegging, fetish, ignore, shopping, dinner. 10am–9pm. External location (hotel), travel at your expense.
  • Bespoke creations: custom video, photos, signed message, messaging. 3–7 days delivery.
  • Sexuality counsel: three voice-only formats (Discovery, Exploration, Exaltation).

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in EUR, all taxes included. Payment via Stripe or PayPal on secured pages. No banking data is stored on our side.

Deposit: 50% for in-person sessions, 100% for bespoke and counsel. 10% early-booking discount on virtual sessions booked 24h+ ahead.

5. Booking

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The system prevents double-booking on the same slot. The reference (BK-XXXXXXXX) is required for all post-booking communication.

6. Cancellation

By the Client: deposit is non-refundable. Contact us in case of unforeseen events; rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

By Lyna Jade: in case of force majeure, rescheduling or full deposit refund.

Late / no-show: more than 30 min late may result in cancellation with no refund.

7. « Zero Contact » policy

For in-person sessions, unless explicit prior negotiation, no direct physical contact is allowed. Breach ends the session immediately, no refund, and may be reported.

8. Digital content & third-party platforms

The Site does not sell digital content (videos, photos) or physical items directly. Lyna Jade's creations are available exclusively on the third-party platforms listed on the "Universe" page (OnlyFans, MYM, Clips4Sale, ManyVids, iWantClips, etc.). Purchases on those platforms are governed by their own terms — the Site plays no part in those transactions.

8.1 OF/MYM subscriber discounts

Promo code (request via DM) applies to session bookings made on the Site.

9. Right of withdrawal

Per Art. L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, withdrawal does not apply to bespoke services designed to the Client's specifications, services fully performed before the withdrawal period ends, or leisure services provided at a set date (session bookings). You expressly waive this right when ordering these categories.

10. Intellectual property

All Site content (texts, visuals, brand identity, monogram) is the exclusive property of Lyna Jade. Recording, capturing or broadcasting a session (virtual or in-person) is strictly forbidden without prior written consent. Redistribution constitutes copyright infringement (Art. L.335-2 French IP Code, up to 3 years prison and €300,000 fine) and will be prosecuted.

11. Conduct

Any disrespectful, threatening, harassing behavior, or breach of negotiated limits, ends the contract immediately without refund and may be reported.

12. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect damages or events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Applicable law

French law governs these T&C. Disputes are subject to French courts after amicable resolution attempt.
